Vet group CVS confirmed the attack yesterday (April 9)
What information has been accessed via the Vet Group Hack?
In a story by the BBC, the news site said: “CVS did not say what data had been accessed but said it had informed authorities ‘due to the risk of malicious access to personal information’.”
CVS is a global veterinarian practice, with 450 practices in the UK. It employs over 9,000 people worldwide.
What action has been taken?
The company has taken “immediate action” and its IT services have returned.
